The Canadian Premier League has been without a commissioner for five months. Though apparently they don't need one because the whole show is run by an entity called Canadian Soccer Business. To quote CSB:

Windsor TFC goes back to 2004, playing in the CPSL as Windsor Border Stars. They crossed over to League1 in 2014 and since 2016 they have been an academy for Toronto FC.
