Complaining sometimes does make things move more quickly. The box is here. And it brings with it at least a roll of packing tape. Does the sender know my mother?

It's the "light a smoke to speed bus arrival" rule.

Either that or a measure of when I loose all patience with just about anything.

UPS, FedEx, or Puralator all tend to arrive after 3 pm but the day you decide to chance it and run an errand at noon, they'll be at your door leaving a final notice.
