KHL: Bratislava Slovan have quit for financial reasons, reducing the league to 24 teams.
Sweden: Timrå and Mora are relegated from the SHL, and Leksand and Oskarshamn are promoted. This is the first time Oskarshamn have made the top tier. Almtuna are relegated from the second tier and Kristianstads IK are promoted to it.
Finland: No change in the Liiga. Leki have lost their Mestis license and are replaced by Hokki.
Germany: No change in the DEL. Deggendorfer SC are relegated from DEL2 and EV Landshut are promoted from the Oberliga.
Czech Republic: Piráti Chomutov are relegated, Jaromir Jagr's Rytíři Kladno promoted. Baník Sokolov are promoted to the second tier, increasing it to 16 teams.
Slovakia: Žilina are relegated, Michalovce promoted. Slovan Bratislava are readmitted from the KHL, increasing the league to 13 clubs.
Hungary: Vienna Capitals II have shifted to the Alps Hockey League, leaving the Hungarian Erste Liga with ten teams.
Switzerland: No change in the NL. HC Sierre is promoted to the second tier Swiss League, increasing that league to 12 teams.
Austria: Medveščak Zagreb dropped out of the EBEL in late January, leaving the league with eleven clubs. Milano Rossoblu have withdrawn from the Alps Hockey League, which now has 18 teams.
Norway: The GET-ligaen take in Grüner and Narvik and relegate Ringerike to bring their complement back up to ten clubs.
Britain: Milton Keynes Lightning have exited the EIHL, leaving that league with ten clubs. They join the ten team National League.
France: Diables rouges de Briançon are promoted to Ligue Magnus, and Étoile noire de Strasbourg are relegated. Lions de Lyon have dropped down to Division 3, leaving Ligue Magnus with 11 clubs.

Asia League Ice Hockey: Nippon Paper Cranes have re-emerged as Higashi Hokkaido Cranes.
