It's the 100th Emperor's Cup, Round Two. This round continues the process of evening up the number of teams from each region. You'll notice that all of the Kanto teams also played in Round One, but none of the Shikoku teams did.
All the clubs of the 2020 JFL are present in this round except for FC Osaka, Tegevajaro Miyazaki, Veertien Mie, Suzuka Point Getters and Honda Lock, and four of those five were eliminated by another JFL team. Only FC Osaka were knocked out by a lower league side, in the Osaka prefecture championship.

Iwaki and ReinMeer had their first ever JFL meeting Sunday. This is the only all-JFL match in this round.
