Rumours out of Germany say that several Bundesliga clubs are interested in putting a Canadian Premier League team in BC's Lower Mainland.
The format for the 2020-21 Scottish Cup is out. Despite earlier reports there will be a full 106 clubs involved. To prevent fixture congestion there will be no replays after a draw, just extra time and penalty kicks. Postponed matches must take place the following midweek.
The Scottish government has come out with a new five-tier lockdown system (0 being best and 4 worst). The Central Belt is presently at Level 3, the Northeast and Borders at Level 2, and the Highlands and Islands at Level 1. Clubs like Ross County and Inverness CT are hoping this means they can start admitting fans to games.
Peterhead FC have laid off 29 staffers. Dundee United are handing out wage cuts.
Scotland will have five teams in UEFA competition in 2021-22, including two in the Champions League.
