EHC Olten dress in green and white, and their present-day uniform looks a bit like IF Björklöven from Sweden, except that in place of a birch leaf they have three fir trees. The club was founded in 1934, and won the NLB in 1981 and 1988. Their rink the Kleinholz Stadion can hold 6,500 spectators. The head coach is Fredrik Söderström. They have a mouse mascot.
Olten is a town in Solothurn, a canton that has the appearance of having been gerrymandered at some point in history.
At the moment Ajoie are third in the Swiss League, Olten fourth.
