Dolores Claman (1927-2021) wrote the theme music used by Hockey Night in Canada from 1968 to 2002, often referred to as Canada's second national anthem, and "A Place to Stand," the official song of Ontario's 1967 centennial, which, if it hadn't been used for that, would have made a great orchestral theme for a big screen Hollywood western.
