Tomasz Skublak played college soccer for Guelph Gryphons and South Florida Bulls. He also appeared for K-W United of Kitchener-Waterloo and Vaughan Azzurri before signing with HFX Wanderers for their inaugural season. Released by Halifax, he went to Europe and joined FC Lori of Armenia and FC Brandenburg 03 of the VI-tier Berlin-Liga. Then back to Guelph with Guelph United, Kitchener with FC Berlin (above), and now Scrosoppi of League1 Ontario. He's been everywhere, man.

Morton visit Indodrill Stadium for a pre-season friendly against Alloa Athletic. These two last met on April 24th, 2021, during Alloa's latest spell in the Championship. Since 1994 Morton and Alloa have been in the same division eleven times: six seasons in the second tier and five in the third.
The Wasps finished fourth in League One last season. The predictors at Pie and Bovril have them fourth, fifth or sixth in 2023-24.
Alloa have an ambitious pre-season schedule, beginning with Cumbernauld Colts on June 27th, then Morton, Livingston, Albion Rovers and Dunfermline. They have Stirling Albion, St Johnstone, Stenhousemuir and Ayr United in the League Cup group stage.
The last Morton player to score on Alloa was Markus Fjørtoft, April 24th, 2021. He has since retired.
Alloa's Andy Graham played for Morton in 2011-12, Scott Taggart from 2012 to 2014, and Luke Donnelly in 2017. Morton's Calum Waters played for Alloa in 2016-17. Midfielder Jamie Stevenson starred for both Alloa and Morton in the 2000s.
The 2023-24 SPFL schedule is out. Morton will open against Ayr.
